About me: I'm Lucian Moriyama, and I have over 5 years of experience supporting the development and realization of artistic projects, as both an arts administrator and artist.
I've organized over 30 exhibitions and events internationally. My clients have included the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, Bergdorf Goodman, Kendall Koppe Gallery, l'Académie royale des Beaux-Arts de Bruxelles, and The Brussels Times. I was also awarded the Prix du tricentenaire by the French learned society l'Académie des sciences, lettres, et arts de Marseille for my contribution to the arts.
I'm looking to support an interesting project in NY (or remotely). I am available from June onwards, ideally on a part-time basis — but feel free to reach out if my profile is interesting to you!
I'm a US citizen, and graduated from the University of Glasgow and the Beaux-Arts de Marseille. My skillset ranges from writing, research, cataloging, and gallery operations to specialist knowledge of studio art and design. I also have strong computer/web skills, like this side project for learning Japanese characters.
